About the role

We’re looking for an Agentforce Developer to design, build and deploy AI agents on the Salesforce platform. You’ll help our clients automate work across sales, service and operations, including solutions like AI-driven resource management in Certinia PSA.

What you’ll do

Design and build Agentforce agents, including topics, instructions and actions.
Create custom agent actions using Apex, Flows and prompt templates (Prompt Builder).
Ground agents in trusted business data from Salesforce and connected systems.
Integrate agents with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Certinia.
Test, monitor and improve agent quality, accuracy and safety.
Work with our consultants to turn client use cases into working AI solutions.

Location & working hours

This role is based at our Lucknow (UP) office. Remote work can be considered for experienced candidates.
You must be comfortable working during US hours.

Experience required

2+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows).
Hands-on experience with Agentforce or Einstein AI features is strongly preferred.
Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification is a plus.

Skills

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL and Salesforce Flows.
Understanding of prompt design and generative AI concepts.
Strong, fluent communication skills.
